- 1. Nancy Wolfe - Student Driver Magnets
Nancy introduced the idea of selling signs that say "student driver" so that when parents take their student drivers out practicing, other drivers would understand that the car was being driven by a new driver. Nancy developed the idea of making a student driver magnet which could go on the family car when the student is driving. Nancy bought 100 of these magnets for $2.60 each and suggested the PTO could sell them as both a service and a fund raiser. We agreed to sell these for $5.00. Nancy will attend Drivers Ed meeting to sell them next week. - 2. John Allen - Board of Education report.
First meeting/workshop on resolutions scheduled for this Saturday, starting at 9am, in the OPRF board room. The Board is looking for a facilitator. Mary McCabe volunteered to be a facilitator. - 3. Kay Foran and Don Vogel - District Decision and Appeals Process

- We agreed to sell directories and calendars at Drivers Ed meeting next week.
- 6. Post Prom.
Barb explained that letters to junior and senior parents explaining the program and letters to the community to raise money for the post prom are going out. We will have a report next month. - 7. Theatre Benefit
- The show is Crazy for You. The theme is "Crazy for Kids". Solicitations to the business community are being mailed tomorrow. Invitations will go out around February 1. The fundraiser will be a dinner. The cost will be $40 per person for dinner and the theater ticket.
- We discussed how best to publicize this event. Mary and Teri offered to share the flyer with PTO members at the Brooks. Teri agreed to attempt to contact the Julian PTO.
